The screen is shiny so they could use it as a mirror or something. An even safer mirror actually because a lot of mirrors back in the day had lead in em.
@@Swolejohll I really don’t see your point. Everything on your screen is a series of 1s and 0s that your computer is calculating so yes videos are in fact code.
Bruh I had 370 days played from 2007 to 2010 and I failed out of college went to the army and got married in the same time span ill let you guess which one made me quit lmao but I did come back for classic
There is a place in WoW Badlands called Agmon's End below there between the Mountains you can find Agmon's Gord (Not on the map but name shown on your screen when you visit the area) there you can farm alot of Gold by killing Earth Elementals.
I remember Asmon telling a story years ago that when they were kids (I'm assuming before WoW days) and playing some game some other kid would come up with more or less random names for all of them and hand them out on a piece of paper and that his ended up being "Asmongold" and that he just ran with it ever since. But who knows if that was BS or not since he apparently "can't remember" now.
I think judging from this comment and the replies to it what he probably meant is that there are several conflicting but equally believable origins of the name and he can no longer remember which one is the actual origin
Out of his natural habitat??? Did you watch the video?.. dude made the video. The questions. The reactions... everything you see online is a figment of your imagination.. nothing is real. Everything is for views. If you want the real asmond. Walk around Texas around 5-7 am when he's grocery shopping.
Maybe a hot take but I think Tectone should be a muppet, he could voice it and articulate the muppet but i think it would elevate all his content, especially on steak and eggs.
I like his explanation on if a game is good. There have been some games where im playing them and then out of no where I just get a jarring immersion breaking thought of how in a year I wont give a shit about anything im doing right now in this random game and nothing im doing matters and its only a detriment to anything I have going on in life at that time. Like sure im leveling up my character or growing and getting better in it or delving into the story of it. But sometimes I feel like none of that matters in some games.
In a lot of ways Asmongold has already retired from streaming since he does not stream on his main, just his alt. Only obligations he has is to OTK and his other businesses.
If Asmongold has played WOW for 37,500 hours: Years: Aprox. 4.28 Months: Aprox. 51.43 Weeks: Aprox. 223.21 Days: Aprox. 1,562.5 Hours: Exactly 37,500 hours. Minutes: About two million two hundred fifty thousand minutes. Seconds: About one hundred thirty five million seconds. Milliseconds: Approximately one hundred thirty five billion milliseconds. Microseconds: Approximately one hundred thirty five trillion microseconds. Nanoseconds: Approximately one hundred and thirty-five quadrillion nanoseconds. In this same time at light speed you could be about as far away from Earth as Proxima Centauri which is the nearest star to the Sun at a little under four point twenty-eight light years which can give an idea how distant it really is. Yes.
"you know you did something that matter" wow, that's actually a good description of playing a good game, I totally agree on that one! And it doesn't really matter if it's a story-based game, or just some arcade stuff, if you had a great time, if you're feeling satisfied after playing (hi to all the online games lmao), well, then it's definitely a good game!
Man, thats the right answer about Dark Souls or Elden Ring. I love both games, I will happily replay either and both are magical experiences playing through the first time but I think Elden Ring loses more of the experience once you have explored the world. The legacy dungeons are great but the open world and multiple catacombs and mini dungeons quickly become a chore or a skippable objective if due to fairly repetitive design and the value of the rewards from doing a lot of them. When you dont know what to expect or what you might get the exploration and anticipation fixes a lot of that.
Yo real talk, they need to do an event where they take Asmon out somewhere and while they are gone they clean his entire house. Please for the love of your creator just do it. The guy is living in a dragon's lair of old garbage and useless stuff. Obviously its important not to get rid of sentimental items but really just get that place back to a livable normal house. If you want to be super safe just get a storage unit and take everything out that you think is disposable and then if he is like o we need to go get X back you can get it from the storage unit. The man really needs a fresh atmosphere. It would be great content and I think he would enjoy the change. I know he is happy with what he has and he is a humble person who just like his simple life. But man I think he would also love having a comfortable and clean house. Not to mention he could actually have people over without them being mentally scarred.
Being happy and "it's gone so far I have no idea where to even start so I just live in denial and pretend it doesn't bother me" are very different things. And strange as it might seem, living in the worst crack house in the world is part of his brand.
@@jtn81x Yeah but so was having bad teeth.. Its not like he needs to have an actual bio hazard to keep his reputation. Hed still have all the bs he does now, just like 50% cleaner.
i used to live on the same street as zach my name is chris i was the fat kid who lived with his grandma at the end of the street , the lady who had all the god damn stray cats , and screamed at you and cody when you played in the woods they cut down back in the day to build those apartments, we used to play secret agents because we were obsessed with 007 on n64 and , we had multiple names for agents , i cannot remember who gave asmongold his name however i remember it stood for " As= Accounting Sector mon= Monitor(highest rank we had Agent Security) and Gold referred to his rank in the organization gld being the second highest rank behind ghost rank which was the leader
Great interview! It's awesome to get more insight into Asmongold's thoughts and personality. His answers were both hilarious and genuine. Can't wait for more content like this! 👏
holy shit, seeing you in this light makes you look so much more gamer-y. your hands are diff sizes, melanin isn't your guild member, and you even sound more like yourself without the bass your mic/mixer combo provides
I feel like I have to interject as a Jif fanboy and say that the Precedence for most to all acronyms is how the creator calls it. Many acrocyms arent even pronounced the way they are spelled, a couple examples include SCUBA, LASER, and RADAR. In this way the more wrong way to pronounce acronyms is the standard grammar for something thatnwas never standard
@@jextra1313 I guess since I made the argument I should give the evidence. |SCUBA Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus| You pronounce scuba like Scoo ba don't you? If you do it the way asmongold spells gif it would be scuh ba. |LASER Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation| If you pronounce it like the way asmongold pronounces gif the 'a" in LASER should be pronounced like the A apple, not the A in Lathe. |RADAR Radio Detection and Ranging| Second "a" in RADAR if is how asmongold says gif should be pronounced like the a in "and"
whaaaa.... I could have sworn Zack explained in a video that Asmongold was originally supposed to be "ask for more gold" or something like that and that name was taken and it became Asmongold. Now Zack is saying he doesn't know where the name comes from????
back then he said it was a kid that gave him his name when they were playing a game back in the day, he mentioned the kid's name but I can't remember now.
