I find the hardest part about it all is putting myself out there and just getting started! So much self doubt and overwhelm it's insane!

Sometimes I have to just calm my little perfectionist ass brain by reminding myself, "C's get degrees" baby! It's the outcome that matters. Nothing has to be perfect. It's better imperfect than never started.

Well done! 👏Very clear, concise and informative video. Also, so important is the fact that you encourage people to think positive about their art 's potentiality to sell on the various platforms or via own shop. Thank you for that! 🤝

I actually wanted to ask a question! How do human artists leverage their work over AI art (especially if they don’t want to put their own self image out there)? A lot of the AI generated stuff is entering these marketplaces and is very difficult to compete with precisely because of little time and effort it takes to produce something complex with AI vs. almost any other medium. Would love to get your advice on this.. Or any resources you might think can guide me on that one!
@CreativeHiveCo
@CreativeHiveCo Месяц назад
Hi there! I think one of the main advantages human artists have over AI is the authenticity and personal touch that comes with their work. Highlight your unique perspective, experiences, and emotions that go into creating your art. Consider exploring themes, styles, or techniques that are distinctly human and difficult for AI to replicate. 😊

@@CreativeHiveCo that’s really good advice, thank you :) I think it’s probably a good idea for me to also learn more traditional media too in that case since I guess I always really connect with the story of the artist whenever I buy something crafted by someone’s hands. I currently do character designs, so my tools are usually photoshop/procreate and so on. But time to get back into pen and paper which is how it all started in the first place :)

I think the hardest part is having children and not puting them in government assisted crazy camp. Also the second hardest part is not being a business degree graduate with unlimited time and an ungodly desire to have more money. Why not stop at 3 business? 4? 5? Nope I need at least 7…. Or more. When enough isn’t enough.

This is really great for artist that paint and draw, but what about artists who sculpt and weld who can’t as easily turn their work into digital scans?
@ZinziMaya
@ZinziMaya Месяц назад
You can still make video content and live streaming - sculpting is one of my favourite things to watch on RU-vid. Depending on the type of sculptures you do you could always take nice photographs in a scene and sell those as prints etc too. I can’t think of names, but I’ve seen a few sculptors sell prints of their work photographed nicely in the past. Sharing your knowledge in online courses or tutorial videos is another option. Patreon, workshops, coaching, blogging.. A lot of the options she mentioned can be translated to other mediums.
@CreativeHiveCo
@CreativeHiveCo Месяц назад
Agree with @ZinziMaya! You can sell prints of your work photographed nicely from different angles, and you can sell courses teaching aspiring artists about sculpting and welding. You got this!

Do you think watching a beginner artists as they learn how to draw could be good youtube content?

Why not? Seeing someone progress is beautiful, plus, you can even sell your artwork along the way!☺️
