40 years ago, I was going through a lot of challenges in life. I was driving my car one day, and I had an epiphany. Don't look in the rear view mirror, that's looking back to the past. It's a small picture. Look through the windshield, it's a bigger picture. You can see opportunities through the windshield, not in the past that is the rear view mirror. Learn from your past mistakes, don't live in it. We are the masters of our ship, we decide where to go, because it's our pleasure to do so.
Looking into the windshield, towards the future, should take most of your attention. But the rear view mirror, which you only look at a few times, is a good way to learn and help your future not crash.
Kind of like Satchell Page’s advice “don’t look back, something might be gaining on you.” But then although merchant ships don’t post lookouts to keep track of what’s astern warships most definitely do since after all, “something might be gaining on you.” Like a torpedo. Or a jet fighter bomber.
This truly made me realize life is about the Journey, not the Destination. Nobody reads a book or watches a movie just to skip to the end. People like watching the How, not the Result. So from here out, I'm going to live my life to it's fullest.
Procrastination is a disease of the mind. It holds us back in life. We need to analyze the roots of procrastination, I'm talking from personal experience. Thank you for these valuable lessons. Blessings and success to all.
To sum it all up, set priorities. Put first things first. Instead of trying to do everything at once, start with what is most important and work down the list from there. Before taking on a new commitment, ask yourself "What are the pros and cons of doing this?" Some things are worth it, but others are not. Don't take on too many things at once. It's better to do a few things well than many things poorly.
Stop multi tasking focus & master , master & focus surround yourself with sincere people who really want you to succeed and geniouly happy for you seriously
This video focuses on the materialism of success. I agree on what is being said but not the images of success. Very few people will reach the area of success that you show. I used to build things for the super rich. Many had things and that was about all. I felt richer having a good wife, good kids, and a job that I liked and was really good at. To me success is who you are and not the things you own.

Keep being you. Don't let no one or nothing stop you from being you. Stay focused and always learn something new daily. Keep all your energy and use it on things that better oneself. Get rid of all things that stop you from being you and that stops you from our life goals. Always be honest with yourself and others. The only person who can take care of you is you.
I agree on the one about social media. However, you are more controlled and influenced by societal structures and the environment. That is just the way it is.
Social media overload should be number one on this list. Among my own contacts are a number of people who feel this strange need to post something on a daily basis. Most of it is just irrelevant blather that is of no value. One example is a divorced woman I know and she posts photos of her dog or her cats on an almost daily basis. Then she posts photos of her polished toenails! Like, who gives a you-know-what about this? Some people are in serious need of a life!

I envy noone i love the topic of energy vampires when i had thinner skin scared to say NO. Ruined various careers no more blame game ever blame yourself for letting others ruining your life but its not just your life its your family now your jobless and taking food off the table , rent etc and higly agtee on multi tasking veryyyy imperative content seriously
I always feel like I have to b a founder of a company as a 20 year old student. I do live in fear, if I can’t reach my goals and I’m dependent on someone. I feel like I don’t have much time til it’s too late for being independent, free and rich. Maybe I’m stressing myself out. I want to found an own company but I don’t know how to start. I’m really busy with my study’s because I’m working besides it. I don’t know if it’s too much and I need patience or I’m just lazy and a lot of work is normal. Has anyone hints?
No one has the same mission on Earth we all have the one that's going to come together at at the supposed to like my son says when something happens that he's unhappy with they're happy with it doesn't matter because it's destiny your destiny is yours mine was changed because of two people had too much power it was not their destiny either since they changed their destiny I had twice I could come back but my mission on Earth changed because I chose to come back I have to break the curse on their family with his way back and it's long got to break the curse that you put on there she's still alive when she dies she's not my mom and I know this so that helps I don't have to hide anything that telling my story will help break the curse

The main thing which needs to be eliminated is regular nine to five employment where someone else is in charge of your time. If you can’t be self employed then find some sort of crew work where you get lots of vacation where you can live anywhere you wish including off grid or even on a sailboat. Of course when you’re actually working you’ll be expected to work at least 12 hours per day while living at work but it’s easier to save money that way. Also it’s easier to make friends with your co-workers that way. Unless they decide to throw you overboard for instance.

I love how people live this myth that they believe they’re going to have all this free time if they leave their 40 hr 9-5. News flash, people who are their own boss/ business owner usually put in way more hours than a gainfully employed person. They don’t have one boss they have many bosses, all their clients/customers. There is no guarantee of success, you’re more likely to go out of business than succeed.

All these self employed immigrants who are barbers or convenience store owners or small restaurateurs work lots of hours to ridiculous extremes with 72 hours per week being the launching point to being around enough to make any money. And if you only work 60 hours you feel like a bum.
