Most of these trucks are still driving today. This guy obviously has little or no personal knowledge of these vehicles. Instead, seems to have grabbed some random information from questionable sources. The CK Blazers were among the best ever built. They helped set high and permanent standards for rugged SUV designs. Same can be said for all of the other GM models and their respective classes. Dodge also built very high quality trucks. It wasn't until the 80's when they began to make drastic compromises. The old F350 had a crappy factory suspension. But otherwise was king of farms and hotshotters. Upgraded with a more rugged aftermarket suspension, they were damned near bullet proof. El Camino and Ranchero remain running and popular to date. They are the fathers of the Lowriders. Enough said. The Chevy Luv can be argued as one of the worst trucks ever. But that was due only to low horsepower. Many dragracers have won many street trophies by hotrodding them with small blocks and powerglides. That's why those are rarely seen on the roads today. The 4-cylinder S10 was definitely a wimp. But even it remained running for at least 20 years. I still see a few today. Overall, utterly misleading and misinformed video.
