Imagine finding another person that looks exactly like you, but that Is not blood-related, 🤯 wouldn’t that be crazy?
That’s exactly what photographer François Brunelle set to find, only instead lf only one couple of doppelgangers 👩🏿🦰👩🏿🦰 he set the goal to find 200 of them and make an international photography exposition. The only problem is that this was back in 1999 when facial recognition didn’t exist and technology was way behind 🖥
He spent about 4 years trying to get help from the media to spread his call for look-alikes until they finally published him. After that it was years of work until around the year 2014 with already plenty of pictures of look-alikes from different countries the entire world 🌎 started noticing the value of the work he was doing. In 2022 it’s been 23 years now and he is still working on it.
That is true dedication 🙌
