This is much different than most civilization videos. It is more story focused, and people aren’t running around in maxed out gear fighting eachother. I like how this actually somewhat related to real life, with someone getting their eye cut and they were actually blind. Great job overall

Love the video! How about make a ship with 1000 people and 200 crew with a humongous ship, and instead of the ship crashing or sinking, the ship gets stranded.

The effort put in this spectacular video is outrageous. The editing, the experience of going into a character's shoes and the narrating all fits extremely well. The idea of this entire video itself may be hard and unlikely to come up with, but that does not mean you can turn it into great usage of our time. Overall, this video was very gripping, enjoyable and very fun. Keep the effort up!

u cannot change my mind this season was the funniest yet

Ok so I want to first off say that the editing and music of the video was phenomenal. I just have 1 tiny gripe with the narrative of the video, the Fish death rewrite. For those who weren’t in the event, Fish died rather differently from the video version. Fish drowned on Day 5 after killing a player in front of the Floatie Federation when trying to escape. While some may find that anticlimactic, to me it serves as a narrative climax, something I think the video ended up lacking. Fish the character went from having it all at the start, a ship with wealth he wanted to make his own, and power over the passengers. This changed when the ship crashed, he lost the wealth of gold to the sea, and the passengers were now arming themselves. On top of that Mothrott was killed by NickSea. In a narrative sense Fish had fallen hard. This fall peaked when he made the reckless decision to kill a player in front of dozens of others under the guise of revenge. And so he ultimately died, from a sneaky planner who orchestrated the death of the captain to just another man lost to the sea. As I said the original Fish death served as a climax, as after Fish’s death the new captain Soare, finalized the agreement to ally with Passengers in a way to get off the island. Whereas in the rewrite Fish just dies in the middle of the jungle at the hands of NickSea. To play devils advocate having NickSea ambush and kill him after killing Mothrott in a bubble brings an end to NickSea’s character, but it leaves the other passengers at the way side. It also could be from my perspective using Fish’s original death could’ve served as a narrative problem, as he died at was supposed to be a boxing event to settle a dispute between two groups, The First-Classers and the Greyscales hosted by the Floaties. It could have been it resulted in too much bloat, but Fish’s original death was what set into motion what would become the deal with airooh, but in the rewrite sort of just happens to no real payoff.
