He don't have diabetes so his glucose level should be fine or slightly elevated. As long as his insulin secretion is normal.

@@M.sami12 it’s actually common for non-diabetics to see spikes in their sugars when they consume large amounts of carbs. But with normal insulin production, they are able to get back to a stable level fairly quickly. I bet Matt could see spikes near 200 or more with these challenges.

Any allergy is from usually not having it as a baby. Like if you grow up with pets most people won't be allergic. All these allergies are pretty much so recent in the last 20 some years. We never had epi pens until the last few decades. A few kids were allergic to nuts so no nuts because of mass hysteria..honestly in 47 years I've walked this earth never knew one person with a nut allergy.

Well he doesn't eat like this every day lol. He also has a fast metabolism. He's like me, I'm currently eating 3600 calories a day for the last 60 days and I didn't gain a single pound and I'm still pretty damn skinny.
