For so many years, the Honda Civic SiR was the best selling sport economy car in the Philippines, or maybe in the world. Having a price tag of PHP 734,000 when it was brand new, this unit here was actually bought for 1 million pesos just this year, due to it being all original, virgin, and unmolested civic SiR. There are only 3,003 Honda Civic SiRs made during its time in the Philippines, and getting one on your hands might be the best thing you can do as a car enthusiast.

Wow this is simply the cleanest SiR I’ve seen recently! Huge W to the original owner for keeping this in factory condition. A lot of these SiR have either riced out with questionable mods or abused beyond recognition. Also, there’s something about 90s Hondas. The 90s will remembered as a golden era for Honda from the 1st generation CRV to Civic to NSX and to Honda-McLaren Formula 1 partnership.

Wow that car looks prestine. Those front cupholders was a dealer option, even the remote doorlocks and alarm. The civic of the 90s was known for its powerful vtec engine and independent double wishbone suspension all around (not the cheaper McPherson suspension). It's a car enthusiast's dream. We used to drag race them at the Corinthian Gardens strip and old C5 back in the 90s and early 2000s. It's a real fun car!!

And yes my late grandfather dadong and my uncle alan also have this honda civic sir B16A since it was used during the late 1980s or 1990s or 2000s when i was not yet born at that time and the usual plate number is CRG 543 but for now the honda civic sir b146 of CRG 543 is now already sold since last 2013 as somewhere at the area of san fernando pampanga.

@@PatrickReyesTV yes that is true very close to that plate number of yours compared to previous ours on the honda civic sir B16A of my grandfather dadong and uncle alan haved that's why i would love to watch this later on and for me it's an actual honda civic sir B16A brother sibling of the CRG 543.

Technically It's called the B16A2 or locally the P6ZD1 which powered not just Philippines Civic SIR but also The USDM EM1 Si, CDM EM1 SIR And also the Civic Del Sol

A car with a 1.6L I4 NA gas engine which produces 160hp and 150Nm torque is actually impressive for a 24-year-old car even by modern standards. Only 21hp less and 55Nm torque lower than the output of the 2.0L engine the current Mazda MX5 is using.
