I have a 2000 Nissan sentry and the starter is different than the one on the video, & it's in a different place on the engine. Is it automatic or standard?
You are right. It is incorrect step. We should remove the negative terminal first. The service manual don't even mention to remove the battery positive terminal.
Helpful video but totally glosses over how you access the top longer bolt, which is pure bitch. Only way I can see to do it is from the top of the engine, once you find it. Too many cable bundles and engine strut in the way.
