2000 Currency Notes: 2000 रुपये के करेंसी नोट को सरकार ने वापस लेने का फैसला किया है. आरबीआई ने इसकी घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि क्लीन नोट पॉलिसी के तहत आरबीआई ने 2000 रुपये के नोट्स सर्कुलेशन से वापस लेने का फैसला किया है. 2000 रुपये सर्कुलेशन में भले ही बंद हो लेकिन 2000 रुपये के नोट कानूनी रूप से वैध बना रहेगा. आरबीआई ने कहा है कि 30 सितंबर 2023 तक बैंकों में 2000 रुपये के नोट बदले जा सकेगे. साथ ही बैंकों और आरबीआई के 19 रिजनल ऑफिस में 2000 रुपये के नोट को दूसरे डिनॉमिनेशन वाले करेंसी के साथ एक्सचेंज किया जा सकेगा.
2000 Currency Notes: The government has decided to withdraw the currency note of 2000 rupees. Announcing this, RBI said that under the Clean Note Policy, RBI has decided to withdraw Rs 2000 notes from circulation. 2000 rupees may be closed in circulation but 2000 rupees note will remain legally valid. RBI has said that till 30 September 2023, 2000 rupee notes can be changed in banks. Also, 2000 rupee notes can be exchanged with other denomination currency in banks and 19 regional offices of RBI.
