If one was to believe in the bible than they must also believe their are two creations on earth one made in the creators images as it says let US make them in OUR image and a 2nd creation made from the dust, the first was given dominion over all the 2nd was kicked out onto the earth as punishment. It wont shatter everyone’s beliefs. People believe different things. I'm agnostic but place value on the teachings of the bible regardless of historical technicalities. Verry few people take the teachings literally. It’s mostly stories that teach moral lessons from a philosophical standpoint. And not loving like you love your wife. God didn’t specifically create satan. Satan was God’s mightiest of angels, and he chose to rebel, and God allowed him, because God loves his creations. It is the same concept as if you were to have a child. You will love your child no matter what they do. You might disown them, or dislike what they do and who they are, but you will love your creation. Such is God’s way. We were created in his image. Think, if God never allowed Satan to rebel that would mean there would be no evil. Only good. How would anything actually be alive if there were no choices? How can anything actually matter or exist if there is only one way to be? From a Christians standpoint, that is why Jesus Christ sacrificed himself for us. God embodied himself in a human being so that he may experience what we go through as humans. He gave his son so that we may live our lives and make the choices we choose wether they are good or evil because he loves us, and so that we are forgiven. It’s really that simple. So many claims that Paul never even met Jesus, and the authenticity of the authors of the many versions of the bible. Another one from the top of my head, a verse I heard one time about Jesus not knowing the hour, and without a doubt, God knows everything since he is perfect and divine. Since he is perfect, it wouldn't make sense to look like his creation or be anything like it. In any form not just physically. the story of david and goliath isnt exactly incorrect. David defeated and killed Goliath with a slingshot hit in the forehead then used his sword to cut off the head of the already dead goliath.

But he wanted to take his head back to the King to prove him dead. I wonder if the Gospel of Barnabas was written by somebody using a poorly drawn map of the time. Maps back then will often poorly drawn and highly inaccurate so it's possible that when someone faked it that used to Miss drawn map that might have been used around the 1500s.
That David and Goliath bit was wrong. He killed Goliath with a rock shot from a sling, not a sword (as was affirmed by the scripture). In the next verse, he takes a sword to take off his head. Doesn't matter how many things Vatican chooses to cover up. When people start seeking God like it says in the Bible, we will find God and the truth will be revealed to us spiritually. there is no lost chapter of the bible. The old testament is the Tanakh and and the new testament is written by the apostles. thats it. The bible was complete by 90 AD and the council of trent in which the catholics canonized ther own bible was around 1500 AD. As a Christian I believe the only way i to heaven is by following the word of God and living by the Gospel. I know that I am not worthy of heavens paradise and that i probably will not get in, but i strive to get as close as is can to the holy Spirit.

There's no need to go into so much details to debunk a religion that says "worship my God and accept him or go burn in hell for eternity" As a devout christian in the past, I don't regret fasting with my mom every friday, giving to the Lord my time, money, energy, sacrifice and growing up with so much orthodoxy because it made me ask one question to myself when i grew up. I ask this to you. If you were born into a Muslim or Hindu family, not by your choice but by a divine God's decision, and yet you grew up worshipping Allah or Krishna or Durga instead of Christ, and then you live your life pathetically and miserably, poor and maybe a criminally inclined lifestyle and died at the age of 60, you go to hell and burn for eternity. Is that logical? Divine? Is 60 years of sin equivalent to a billion years in the fire? Is eternity long enough? Would a loving God punish a poor soul born into a different religion by hellfire for a thousand billion billions of trillions of years, which is still less than eternity, just for a mere human years of 60? What about those people who were born before Christ and were pagans, why create them at all, still knowing that they would never see or hear about Christ, or even accept the way of Christianity? Of course, I have cut off all ties from my former religion and yet i still empathize with people of all religions when they are in need and that's humanity if you ask me, and if there is one true religion that everyone can share, that is the religion called humanity. The one and only. No BS needed, no need to defend the religion of humanity, no need to go to holy wars because humanity means no war but harmony and equaluty. But of course, Christian zealots and fanatics will say that it is the evil scheme of the devil to unite the world under one religion if we push to allow humanity to reign. Also, the Bible had wonderful trachings too, about love and so does the Quran and the Gita, the Vedas, the Mahabharatas and other religions around the world practise certain amounts of good teachings. But nobody should discriminate any other person based on their religion or skin colour but everybody should raise questions when it comes to matters about life and death. And yes, spirituality is so much about life and death. In fact, it is all any religion is about. This supposed lost chapter (more than likely one out of many) isn't any less nor any more unbelievable than any of the others that made their way into the Bible. The Book of Enok, for example, was supposedly kept from the Bible because it practically suggests contact with alien life forms yet there's plenty of stories left within it that are just as crazy that we're expected to believe. Either lay it all out and include everything and let people take it for what they want, or don't "publish" any of it at all. They've literally chosen what fits best with their narrative and completely disregarded anything that might challenge that or steer you in a completely different direction than they want and it literally takes the term "cherry-picking" to a whole new level.
