I know there is a video out there, and searched but didn't find. You may have better luck in your search. IIRC, the replacement motor was the same or very similar and a DIY repair is doable. Sorry I don't have any additional information. Worst case, I would open up the door and take the lock out look for a motor to replace then source the part. Down side is you will have a door apart until parts arrive. A $10 motor still beats the $250+ for a new soft close lock actuator from Lexus. If you solve this, please post here for others. TIA!
