I recently found a strange toilet that made me think of this video. The bowl was an elongated Capizzi toilet bowl, which appeared unbranded at first but I found “Capizzi” cast on the bowl under the tank on the left side. The tank was Gerber ultraflush tank with an eco-flush pressure vessel. It had the Gerber logo stamped on the inner back surface! This was located at a hotel I stayed at! (The hotel was the Fairfield inn & suites in Anaheim.) The other rooms seemed to have the exact same strange combination, as I saw in reviewer’s photos. Did Capizzi ever use the Gerber Ultraflush tanks, or is this some wild example? Also, has anyone else seen any thing other than a Sloan Flushmate in an ultraflush tank? I’m guessing it replaced a recalled flushmate 3. The eco-flush also made a buzzing sound when the tank was refilling, and it took strangely long to start filling, so I think it’s going to stop working soon. The flush was quite normal for a pressure assist toilet but had hardly any bowl rinse of course cuz it’s a Capizzi. This makes me think that the bowls WERE designed for pressure assist use at least.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations Yeah, someone took a photo of their room when reviewing the hotel on Google. You may be able to find that photo. It looks like a gerber ultraflush, until you look at the toilet base, which is much wider and far more generic looking. Also, I wouldn’t recommend staying there unless you want to see this strange Frankenstein-toilet. The Air conditioning is noisy.
@@djijspeakerguy4628 That's really interesting! The tanks don't quite look the same as a Gerber Ultraflush so I'm guessing it's like a Capizzi pressure assist or something.
I would say that this toilet is terrible to the point that the washcloth gets stuck in the trapway that is so small. This toilet was not designed to perform very well and the rinse is not good whatsoever. I think I may have just figured out how to make a vacuum assist toilet by June 16 to 18, 2021 and just like Glacier Bay Stealth toilets, it functions very well. I love to make vacuum assist toilets and I enjoy making them.
sorry if anyone thinks my opinian is harsh in any way but this thing is terribal and my gosh it need like to be disapointed in its self lol btw love the tests and nice vid 😃
I would not trust this toilet! I would flush a crumb down a Wellworth lite. This probably cannot handle it. Flush rating: (👎) Performance rating: (👎👎👎)
This toilet is laughably awful 😂hence why it got punished (in the days you did punish awful toilets). Completely clogged on a washcloth 👎 Surprisingly passed a grocery bag 👍 (after a struggle) and failed to even take a dishtowel 👎 Also the flush is so weak it could not even rinse the bowl 👎 But it did clear the bowl due to the 'Double Siphon' 👍 Just a cheap knock off of a Wellworth Lite and a poor one if that! Overall a Pathetic 2/10 👎 "Junk" 😉
