Some wet sanding and some buffing would have gotten a lot of that damage out, I understand a full repair would require some body filler/paint but if it were me I would have just buffed out what I could and drive it ‘til I had time to fix/repaint. Such a clean car only for it to be parted out.
Sad to see… I put mine in the car show Saturday… I can’t understand why people let these cars go extinct like this… I have a feeling that the 99 and 01 Cobra will sky rocket in value soon.
So you want to put the 5.0 and 10R80 automatic 10 speed out of an F150 into an excursion? If it fits you should be able to do it with a ford control pack. I’d assume it’s possible. People are putting those into old 50’s trucks and hot rods so I don’t see why not.

Now this one doesn't make any sense at all, they are parting it out to get any money off of it, that is very light damage, super clean car, the exterior is very except for the driver's side, the engine bay is super clean, same as the interior looks excellent, plus the underside is very clean as well. This doesn't make any sense, I think they must be tired of the car.
