At a glance it looked like a stretched US market 2003 Corolla S. I wish Toyota sold the chaser here. At least we got the 2JZ Lexus’.

9th gen corolla xrs is capable of having a 2zz motor (matrix xrs, celica gts, lotus elise). while the other runs a 1jz-gte.

the front looks like a 2003 toyota corolla, especially the headlights the body looks like its on a camry platform but maybe not, it could be a lexus platform. Maybe the corolla got some design cues from its big brother the mark II

Yes. All JZX110s have them, even the gx110s as well.

Not all. Depends on type. This one is type B with md player, others have cassette instead.

@Keye T : no, it isn’t! This is rear wheel drive platform, Camry is front wheel drive. It looks like the Camry, but it is not the same frame.

Maximilian Button It basically was the same flat form they just modified it on RWD set up, but the body is essentially the same ... This was literally supposed to be that RWD alternative to the Camry,, look at that C PILLAR BOYS!!!

CLP Like I said this was more of a modified platform, I know there are several engineering differences, and I would assume the purpose of the wheelbase length and it being RWD was to make it a successor to the chaser...But just the body, the same way the Kia stinger came from the K900 platform However this has significant power train differences than the Camry... Should've been a little more specific but this was supposed to be a RWD alternative to the camry As I understood
