Guys, of course he looks tense and uncomfortable and stiff, this situation is literally what gives him anxiety. But he managed to participate anyway and pulled trough and this must have been so extremely exhausting for him, I can't imagine. So instead of pointing out how he anxious he looks, tell him that he did great and that he is extremely brave and strong. Because it takes a lot of courage to face your anxiety like that. You are doing great Jisung, and if you continue like that it will get easier every time, I promise! You are strong enough to overcome this. It's okay if you sometimes feel weak, and like you can't handle it, it's okay not to participate, and take your time. But look ahead and tell yourself that you are strong because you are, and you can overcome anything if you want to! Do not rush or pressure yourself because we will always be there for you!
@@_k__601 He's been trained to “ignore” the big crowds. But the ones like CLOSER to you, it gets very overwhelming. Don't take Anxiety as just getting nervous or something. It's serious.

I agree with you. I admire him, gosh the courage of him doing this. It is inspiring to me because it's like he is not letting his anxiety bring him down or control. He has a lot of courage. God knows we all could use a little courage to face our fears.
I agree, people saying "he looks uncomfortable" or "he looks stiff" doesn't help. It can be hard to get up in front of people and they should just incourage him and complement him not point out stuff that doesn't need to be pointed out.
I think he's super brave. I would've had an anxiety attack and started to cry and refuse to go up stage so I would basically just stand behind the stage and stare at them. To put it in short, I'm NOT capable of going on stage infront of so many people, I'll just faint and then I'll get anxiety cause people saw me faint and they'll see me as weak.
He is trying his best and I’m really proud of him, I hope he is getting all the rest that he needs, Chan and Minho and the rest of the members being there for him is just so heart warming
@@sabryexplorer13 He was absent from fan signs and 2020 Idol Star Athletics Championships due to crowd anxiety. He felt extreme tension when he is close to groups of people. Now, he is recovering slowly.
No matter what, I'm so proud of Jisung :) He's so strong and im so glad he was able to come to the fansign! Seeing him just made my day 10x better and I'm just so happy

Sabrina Greco around a month ago Jisung was diagnosed with symptoms of anxiety when he was around large crowds of people he was still performing and promoting levanter just not attending fansigns and the ISAC event. Now hes back and im so happy for him 🥺
I'm so proud of him. He got up on stage in front of so many people, one of the hardest things to do, and he did amazing. Anyone who was there would've had an amazing time. You did so well, baby, just know that STAY will always love you and will always be here 💖
He may not be as hype as before but I'm glad that he is still smiling. The members still makes him smile. I really hope/wish that he'll get better soon.
aish, it hurts. as someone who knows all too well how anxiety works, it breaks my heart the way he can't relax enough to have fun. the way he got all flustered when he rapped hyunjin's part by mistake? it's not cute, it's just...not being present enough to notice, he's just going on autopilot :( my hearteu, I got so much respect for him for being able to even attend, and for pursuing this career despite his anxiety. 한이 화이팅

Okay but he makes my heart warm❤ Like he pushes himself to really be there for us as STAY and even if isnt comfortable he goes for it. I love him so much tbh, it's a pleasant reminder that anxiety isn't a be all end all thing and you can really do so much. Gosh how can one human being be so amazing? Seen this cutie made me smile. He's stronger than he think, I'll sent him as much love as I can wishing for him to feel it and to understand that it's okey have fear of something as long as you fight it. And it's okey to ask for help, no one says that we have to fight problems alone❤️

The fact hes even there shows hes making progress anxiety isnt a illness that can just "get better" its something he will have to deal with for the rest of his life. The best we can do rn is try to boost his self confidence and support him not point out anything that doesnt seem right

Guys, I see you are worried about Jisung anxiety but I think he would rather be being said " your doing great!" This is different but similar, last year October I went to a TWICE concert it's about the time Mina had anxiety too. But Mina was there and when it was Mina's part for singing the screams were louder than all members. This could mean how us, ONCE, loves Mina a lot and how much we need her in the group. Same with Jisung we need him in the group. But if we get worried too much he might think " They're worried for me but I can't do anything... " and feel down. So I think it's better to say " Wonderful! " or " Great! " like cheering for him so he could feel better.
