Vin I agree my engines been to Hell and back I have this exact car in my engine overheated and leak it smoked but once I got it fixed it's still running like a beast and I have over a hundred fifty thousand miles on it original motor to it is Beast it is a very huge car and I love it
I know some people that owned a few Buicks and there the cheapest Cadillac of luxury brand but more than Chevy and Pontiac in the GM family. I like the LeSabres and Park Avenues because it's more comfortable and roomy😍😍
THEY ARE GOOD CAR, IF YOU REPLACE THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. AND IF YOU DON'T, YOU WILL BE BROKEN DOWN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. HOWEVER, EXPECT TO REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION PRESSURE SOLENOID AROUND 150K, BIG BUCK $.
They must’ve put those leather seats in this car because I was customs usually come with cloth seats which I like better I don’t crack up I have a 2000 LeSabre costume
These things are Tanks. My First car was a 1998 Buick Lesaber Limited with 189k miles and still running.. The body is rusting out but the engine could last to 250k miles I now have a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer LT and the engine is not a strong as the Buicks.
@@tednguyen2034 so believe it or not we finally junked it at 210k miles. The engine was still going strong but the rust started eating away at the frame. So from what I understood, the back end of the hard was about an inch off the frame. We patched what we could but then junked it. Engine and transmission were still going strong. The body couldn't keep up with it. Really the only repairs had were struts and sway bar.
rust? what state are u from? im in ca...I don't think rust is a problem in ca....mostly young people making fun of u if u drive a buick…..lol...I get a lot of that why you drive that piece of shit comments...lol...I have a 03 le sabre I bought from some granny on craigslist......
@@tednguyen2034 yeah you have no problem with rust there . I'm in Iowa. Yeah, I got got few jokes in high school about my car. But it was the first one they wanted to take when a lot of his had to go somewhere. Lol. Fits 6 people with gobs of room and a huge trunk.
I got the same car, it's shit. Electrics are broken, interior is disgusting, and the left side back door is broken, the window electrics broke, so we had to duct tape the window shut. Tape player doesn't work either, nor does the fold up compartment in the middle of the driver and passenger seat, so we had to use a belt to keep that door closed. Cup holders don't work either. So all in all, the car is terrible. In terms of build quality and gas mileage, it's ok, it's just that the electrics are horrible. Which is apparently a common problem because we know someone that owned the same model car and they complained that the electrics would just stop working. I think the problem is that these cars can't handle winter at all.
