You gotta love that opening NFL on CBS theme, I love the current first on the field theme but the 2001-02 was better and this was the extended version they played when the telecast started up. I would love to hear a full version of this one day it reminds me of a lot of those sports themes from this era in the late 90s and early 2000s, especially on ABC like the NHL on ABC theme.
@@WallyXification Yeah man, I'm wondering if anybody out there has the full version because I know there had to be a full version for it released somewhere. There was a full version for the 1998-2000 version and the two current versions from 2003-present.
@@PredatorKingdom I heard someone on RU-vid said "CBS Sports owns the music", but I bet those technical directors and audio mixers that worked there at the time may still have a copy.
@@JHollowayNetwork That's likely true and that's usually how we end up with a lot of this access to this music because of the people on the staff. I hope one of them can upload it for us but we need someone to reach out to them for a clean full version to be uploaded.
