I had this! I remember making it with my mom, and i asked her, "is this how marshmallows are made?" She replied that she wasn't sure. When we tried them I yelled "WHY DOES IT TASTE LIKE THAT?!" And we tossed them lol 😂 We still had fun making them though.
My uncle got me one of these in my easter basket in 2003. My mom took one look at the ingredient list of peeps and i have had to sneak peeps since. Even when visiting for easter. Its like my mother can smell them
I am so amazed by all of the toys from all of the different years. I've not seen many of them or advertisements for them. I'm like "How does this person know about and get all of these toys?!"
I was thinking a few years and it still works great then I had the realisation its been a few more years that, I love all these toy vids of things I wish i'd had but couldn't get in my contry or afford back then :D
Thanks but we already knew how to make Peeps: take some sugar, roll it in colored sugar, then sprinkle with larger sugar crystals. For a twist, try it with sugar or sugar! 😆 Lol j/k interesting video - I watched for the great ASMR but its also cool to see all these candy makers that are available to have fun with!
they look like little blocks of aqueous resin solution I tear out of my wall before the orange sugar was added. they're also looking just as inedible as my wall insulant.
Those toys are from the days when people didnt know colorings and flavorings were bad for you and thought the only thing wrong with candy and novelty treats was the excess sugar
When we were kids in the 80’s and got similar toys like these at Christmas . When the food items or packets that came with them ran you the toy was fucked after that as there was no proper internet or shops to buy new packs to use in the toy 😂😂
Not sure why i am so torn yet satisfied... Like i would make it, but id second guess eating it but then if i went thru all the trouble i guess i would... 😢😅❤
