I just added an 1 1/4 136 track to my Jag, changed some bearings on my skid, added new hyfax, then drilled 1.5mm in 3's every 6 inches at an angle to catch snow then greased before installation. Does pretty well for low snow conditions so far 0 complaints its very reliable tough daily driving work sled👍

Sled looks great, nice job, and she does dangle! I bought a brand new 06 F6 back in the day. To date, best sled I've ever owned. Only thing it really needed was aftermarket skis (USIs) to add some stability with the 13.5 inch track.

Did a great job on that wrap. Was a little worried, but like how you kept it in the style of the original but love how that F7 logo POPS! Mint! At least that one thing cat has done right through all these years... mostly... is having the best looking sleds.

Woodys Dualys fixes the darting. Also check tie rod ends. make sure the ski sits flat or a little toe up. Our Arctic Cats needed those fixes. Jam a 1/4" piece of metal under the rear part of the Ski mount rubber

Run it aginst a mxz 670. Those are solid sleds,easy to find. Cast iron bore, fun to play with. They held their own from 93-99.

Love the f7 content! I have the exact same sled. Mine used to have steering issues also. I’m going to have to check for that toolkit, never knew about that. I got a new to me Polaris this year. And my 13 year old has the cat.

I run Slydog 8 inch powderhounds , with 9 inch carbides , and she tracks exactly where I point it , no darting , 1/8 inch of toe in , with a few degrees of negative chamber , and I hardly ever get off the trail , and it corners , and I push it , 2004 switchback , my buddies all ride latest and greatest , and they can’t keep up ! SLYDOG ! Nice design on the bottom , I’ve tried them all , and found the pot of GOLD !

The 13.5 inch wide track was a big part in the darting..I had an identical sled...my buddy has it now and it has 12000 miles on the motor..always ran the APV oil
