Crazy, I made this same video like 6 months ago and I just got around to editing and posting it the other day.. you did a lot more detail than I did, not bad!
I went through this a couple of years ago. It was a pain. I never figured out how to get the cable in place down below in the frame at the end of the cable housing. Got to taking the drum apart to adjust. I've been driving without the e brake. I have another vehicle, but it still sucks. It's an '01.
