I have a 2003 XR250R that is in really good condition. I had vales redone shortly after I bought it runs great. The decompression shaft isn't working good. I can move it by hand but it's too tight for the cable to operate it. Yeah... I know it's really not even needed on the xr250 but I am trying to restore the bike back to factory condition. Any thoughts as to how I can fix it? I've never tore into the engine so I'm not sure if it can be removed without removing the cylinder head cover. I'd appreciate your advice!
Cool video I just picked up a 1988 XR 200 for 300 bucks. I think the Pistons seized up in the head too but very interesting. Thanks for helping me out. You got love Honda though.👍🏻
