@@JJA1987 in a true over reaction when many like myself said back in 03 all they needed to do was award more points to the winner, not install a gimmick point system to replace it. Should have awarded the winner 100 more points (max of 285) than 2nd place and left it alone.

I noticed the NBC/TNT crew of this vintage did play their fair share of wrestling music. The Pop Secret 400 from 2002 (Rockingham fall) saw a ton of wrestling themes being played in the pre-show.
