Testing the acceleration on my 2003 Subaru Outback H6. It is rated at 212hp and 210 lb/ft torque. It looks to get to 60MPH by about 8.5 seconds and getting to 100MPH took ~23 seconds. Unfortunately these cars only came in automatic and I'm sure if it was a manual it'd be a little faster.

Swap a manual in it then. Its not much wiring and no fabbing. The manual does make it much more fun

The power difference between this and the 2.5l is rediculous.

Haha yeah most of it is after 40mph and passing at highway speeds. Also nice having the power going up steep grades or off road.

0-100 is not 8.5 seconds,because GPS 100km is 103-4km in Speedo,so its more like 9.3-9.5 seconds,which is very slow for 210hp car...i know that its automatic and 4x4 all time,but still is not that heavy car.

Yes you can let the revs go higher and it’s not bad for the transmission
