2003 Toyota RAF 4 No Start Code B2796 This Car Has No immoblizer System What You need To Know

Thank you my brother for this video. It has helped me out a great deal today. My recently purchased 2003 Rav4 had an alarm system previously installed however the dealership I purchased it from had the system removed. They did leave a bunch of the alarm harness still attached to the main harness but they were not plugged into anything. I ended up disconnecting the battery to clean up all the wiring and once complete, I reconnected the battery and attempted to start the car. Of course it did not start... I tried the shorting of pin 4 and 13 thinking that would solve the problem but it did not. I did open the fuse box and noticed I had a fuse in that same spot (it was a little crooked like your video) I didn't really think much of it and closed the fuse box lid and came inside the house to do a few more hours of searching on RU-vid and Google. I stumbled on your video and you had the exact same fuse and I went to bed hoping this would be the issue. I went outside this morning, opened the fuse box, removed the fuse and started the engine without any issue. Thank you brother! Thank you so much. I couldn't believe it when you showed what the problem was. Because I don't know who puts that fuse on that empty slot that causes to activate the computer to go into a security mode. When the 2003 2004 Rav4 Toyota doesn't have microchip and it doesn't need that fuse there.

My friend i have code P2976 and thats belong to to aux fluid pump for the trans, this error code was occurred after i have connected a fuse for lights.. i have removed it and still the error code not disappeared, do you think there is a connection between them or maybe the fuse for the pump was diabled?

You keep saying 2004 but this is a 2003 - the 1AZ-FE engine is one clue.

My car has also no immobiliser but code is showing B2799
