Very nice! A few years ago I saw a Born Free with this floor plan, except all of the wood was done with hickory. It was absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately though, Born Free's built with hickory in this floor plan are extremely rare.

I want this!!! Downsizing my life...selling everything...my husband of 18y passed away...I am graduating from nursing school in May 2022 finally...I was born in OHIO the smallest on record they followed me in the newspaper for three years!! That should count for something!!!

I love this floor plan! Airstream has a trailer with a similar floor plan, so the corner bed is great for a couple and extra beds for bringing kids/grandkids too. It looks like there is something going* on with the rear passenger wall, along the bed? Was there water damage to that corner? Has there been a moisture test to that area? Repairs to the roof or window seals?

I thought the same thing, he didn't touch on that subject unfortunately. Based on how I see they normally price their rigs, this price could reflect that (low for them). Although as much as I want a born free or lazy daze this is still high. (darn co V id 😬 jacked up all the prices) Guess that's the price you pay buying from dealer vs owner directly.

Is the roof in good condition? Are there any solar panels on the roof? Is the roof TPO membrane?

The roof is molded fiberglass on all Born Free units, and it is in good condition. Part of our process before listing is to check roof seals and redo them if necessary. No solar, but it could be added.
