Amazing pass by Montoya, he set it up so early while they were exiting the pits, in a similar way he did to Schumacher a few years before that. Talk about overtaking skills!
and again , Montoya is simply the best after Senna. The way he overtakes clearly shows the difference between a so natural talented driver and all the others . There is no way to stop his ingeniousness , he has sparks of art that become new and different trajectories ,trajectories simply impossile for other drivers. They can't say and can't admit but they remain with no words facing such moves. By the way ,very intresting at 3.14 and 4. 20 Montoya is really faster also in that bend
@11Gibb11 Just about one thing totally agreed. Absolutely not the same calibre of those drivers . In fact Juan Montoya is better and if you knew about the dirty game that has been played to stop him ,well you'll surely would realize that Montoya is absolutely the best after Ayrton Senna and that they had to do shameful things to stop him. Go back and watch things apart from numbers and you 'll see what happened and what Montoya has been able to do in that such dirty situation
@Marcus666Sund I wont allow posting in any sexual, violent or discrimating form, sorry but your comment was removed. If it happens again, or by anyone else, I will start blocking people, thank you and enjoy my onboard channel
@85fredi no doubt montoya was a damn good driver, i had much respect for him but i lost the respect when he left midway through the season.. he had so much potential, so much bravery but then he just left after the US gp.. and to nascar wtf.. wasted talent in my eyes but i really hope he comes back
@rastamees Not that rare... When he had the same chances, (no black flag, technical or team problems, or participation in races :p) Montoya was an equal partner to KR, loved their racing. Both natural talents, no doubt. But this one was an extremely exciting battle, between future teammates. No leapfrog or other stuff so characteristic of that age of the sport. Just pure racing. Monty showed how to use his head ;-).
@StealthDefender1 No. Look at it again please. Whilest KR & JPM are joining the end of 'curva do sol', carefully look at 1:38 a glipmse of the jordan passing and, NO one car in front of the Jordan or behind it except of course KR & JPM. In a blink of an eye the that order change JPM pass underbraking is just balls out driving as usual. Look at 1:55 JPM's trayectoryand look at that Jordan, what's that?? i let you go,no wont?,and again at 2:57 no radio?,no one telling him about JPM or the leaders?
@StealthDefender1 Erm..? I did say please. It seems you actually did watch it again and probably understood my comment, but you have your doubts and that's ok; i'm not trying to make you fit anything so nevermind....
@mgarofano At 2:07 What´s the driver in that Jordan doing?,figthing for position, against the two leaders?,were are the blue flags?,the Jordan was a contender?? erm...NOT,as soon as JPM pass it the Jordan driver realised that and KR pass without his momentum suffer any delay. No such thing for JPM .The fairness world of FIA and his accomplices. Great finnish by JPM, this could have been his 2nd one at the time, if it wasn´t for the clumpsy J Verstappen. Kings at interlagos Ayrton Senna and JPM.
@mgarofano Ive watched F1 since the start of the 2000 season. I think you need to take your rose tinted specs here. Talented driver but certainly not the same calibare of driver to the likes of Alonso, Schumacher and even though I cant stand the man Lewis Hamilton.
