2004 Honda CBR1000R 

Imo, not only the best looking CBR ever, but also one of the best looking superbikes of all time.

Just bought a crashed 04 1000rr, crashed in 05 and not looked at since. This helps me motivate to neing back to orginal look. Such a mean bike

Just bought a bone stock 07’ Cbr1000rr from the original owner w/27.8k miles but I think it’s still on stock tires & drive chain from 07’…YIKES! So I ordered everything necessary to restore it internally, best bike I’ve owned so far and will be buying this 04-05 to sit next to it in some years

I had an 05 i bought with 900 miles on it, it was an absolute rocket ship... the meat of the power on this bike is in the midrange, much more usable then my R1 which was unfortunately stolen.

Its the same exact bike I have and LOVE it!

Have a 04 cbr1000rr. Bought it brand new in 2004 with .5mil on it. 18 years later roughly 16k mi. Love this bike.

Had an 06 blue and yellow wolverine edition. Favorite bike ever.

I've always liked this bike better than the R6 it's more streetable much more tour or at least it feels like it. thanks Captain Kaplan you're the best a true conservative American.

I've owned two Ricers.....But never went over 600 CC.... A 92 Honda CBR 600 F2 and a few years later a Gorgeous Red Katana 600 with electric blue rims. TOOO FFFFAST!!! I had my fun on them but much prefer the Cruisers. This CBR 1000 is sick Fast!!! Thanks for the video Ken!

Whoever gets that bike you're going to love the bottom in torque it's like riding a 750 or at least close to it .

Hey ken,I had one of these as a hire bike when my R1 got ran over,all through there insurance , three months I had it, wasent at quick as my R1 but beautiful to ride

Just got an 07 hrc fireblade..who ever called them slow hasnt rode one.. ive already burnt a gixxer 1000 on it..

I owned one of these it was all black with honda on silver one the lower part of the fairing the heads had been worked on and it had a full titanium arrow race pipe, fuck me I could hoist it up in fourth and do 100mph wheelies no problem I loved that bike,I swapped it for an 2002 GSXR1000 WHAT A MISTAKE 🙄 we live an we learn i suppose, great looking bike in red,your a HONDA man like myself you really can't go wrong with honda's

I own a 2011 FIreblade. Phenomenal bike. If the used bike market was made up of men like Ken Kaplan there'd be alot of stealerships out of business.

929 better. loved my 929. Blew up one of these on a test ride and and a 2011 Cbr 1k w 163,000 miles. Honda always does the ergos better. Not the bike if you really wanna go race but hondas always better if you really want it on the street. 04 was a pig. Feels heavy. 08 plus is light again. Miss the 929 but the 11 cbr 1k is more savage. 929 was the perfect daily RR though.

i owned a black and silver 04 blade, tbh i had more fun on my 06 cbr600rr, mainly due to using more of the power on the street

I feel like this bike has been sitting there going: what the fuck did I do to deserve this - my mates are doing what they were designed to do going fast around the track and I am treated like a prise chicken.
