i got the same bike, in pretty much the same shape, i gotta lot more km's but i keep it clean and i keep it mint. things a tank and there aint much she cant power through, there not speed demons by anymeans, but comfort and reliability at your finger tips, i upgraded mine to a disc brake kit, very good investment to anyone buying one.
My uncle has the exact same one same color same year same everything his was used and abused for sure damn that thing had a kolpin seat cover that this is about gone like if you were to rip the cover dirt would fly off and damn I have some good memories going on rides on that thing

I have a 2003 honda rancher a little less fancy it has a new battery and tires has had the oil changed twice and still in 2019 starts first Push of the button and it has been road hard and put up wet the thing is stupid reliable
I have the same one and it just got a new Carborator kit put in it ,,, new oil change and new filter ,,, all lights work ,, it runs ,,,, however it conks out at 5th gear ,,, it can restart ,,, but im gonna put superunleaded gas ,,,, but does anyone know why the honda conks out after about 5 minutes ????
