this is useless white elephant, its electrical system is the worst of all bikes and just for battery view you need 50 min to open all body parts. and its resale is also very down.
I never had an issue with my electrical system. Never felt the bike useless. Geared down 1 tooth in the front, chipped and I could beat almost anything in the road! Purchased a mint '05 in '08 for 8K tremendous bike that was as fast as a busa, but more nimble handling. Too many guys don't know how ro ride the 12 the way it was designed to be ridden. If you're not replacing tires every season, you aren't getting the bike's best. Imo
