Did this same job on my 2002 Saturn Ion (don’t know the year range) and I went through the passenger front wheel well you mentioned. Hardest part of the job going that route was removing the inner liner with all of those fasteners. You might add the Ion to your description. It also had the 2.2 ecotec motor 🙂
