@@DanielSong39 I agree. Saint Liam was absolutely legit. Just look at the ‘04 Woodward where he went toe to toe with Ghostzapper losing by a “zop,” as Tom Dunkin would call it. Nobody else did that.
It is my humble opinion that Ghostzapper was a top 5 all time talent that was hampered with injuries during his career. He was so good at any distance put in front of him and had he entered in the Sprint in 2004 would have been the favorite. That’s how versatile that horse was, and his natural speed was a sight to behold.
Watch the 2004 Woodward stakes and you will see St Liam give Ghostzapper a challenge. However Ghostzapper was probably the freakiest horse in my generation
