1st gear runs to 45mph, and 2nd gear runs to 90 mph. (depending on rear axle) The 4l60e really hurts the performance of the stock trucks. Takes it right out of the powerband after shifting. The 6spd (6L80e) that came afterwards for the 1500 series GM trucks/SUVS was very welcome.
WaterChunks wrong, 02 has red taillight borders, not black! Some 02, and all 00 and 01 models had an antenna on the rear driver side glass from factory.
WaterChunks it must be made after 8/01 because I worked at the plant that built the Tahoe, Yukon, Denali, Suburban, and Yukon XL, they put the antenna on the drivers side glass until the TSB showed they would fall off after 50,000miles. Is the taillight border / surround black or red? Some early 2003 models had the red taillight surround but from mid 2003-06 they had black surround.

Like the 5.3 LS but I'm looking for a different sound I don't won't that loud ass sound like what them white boys be putting on there trucks an shit I want mine to have a aggressive sound but not that loud shit..... building this engine for a 1986 Monte Carlo SS 🔥🔥🔥😈😈
bollweevil7_3 true duals means, 2 headers into duals cats out to dual straight pipes all the way back to 4” tips. NOT how they had it going from 2 headers into the cats into ONE Y pipe out to “ True duals” to the tips... That’s not TRUE dual exhaust 😂😂😂
