I got one too, it's a great car, and the engine sounds amazing The huge problem with it is rust, and the interior plastics that get scratched super easy But I mean this was a 13500€ full option car back in 2007... With 4 electric windows, A/C, and electric mirrors for all models except A/C for the 1.0 where is was an option. But standard for 1.3 and 1.5 I drive mine everyday on the highway and no problems at all, 7 liters in average My Daihatsu Copen have the same engine too
The car is very, very reliable, especially with 1.3 engine and this model looks like a small rally car. Congratulations for Copen - one of the best in its segment.👍
In Sirion not so much, but the same engine in Daihatsu Copen and Daihatsu YRV feels like that. And in all cars sounds great and is very, very reliable.
It is 100% original - it looks like a small rally car. You should search for Daihatsu Sirion Sport 1.3. There are also a 4x4 variant good for fun in winter. It is also very reliable and cheap to buy and to run.
not fully adjustable steering wheel is a big deal for tall person(190cm)? Wondering about buying this car but that is what I am afraid of ;p I dont know if there are spacers/extensions for original wheel
The car is very reliable and has a lot of space on the back seat. In front is also enough space, at least for me and I am 183 cm. I think for you it could be still ok. The only minus is the seat - not the best one. Also I recommend the 1.5 engine, in case you a little more power, cause 1.3 is good, but it is not sporty at all.

I prefer the JDM version Daihatsu Boon X4, with AWD and a turbocharged inline 4. 980kg and 133 HP. It is a little bit pricey for what it is if you consider the alternatives.
