That is the nicest layout I have seen in a while. It is dumb how when they have extra space in a lot of boats they just add more bathrooms.

The Leopard 40 is the best size cat for a couple to sail. For a asking price of 285.000 you can't go wrong. Great video

Looks like a solid boat for the price, but a deep clean and shine is needed on the white surfaces in the cockpit area.

It can't be that hard. I see retired people learn how to sail down in San Diego all the time.

I've taken sailing lessons and it's not that hard to learn and (if you have the right equipment) not too physical. It's the maintenance and repairs that seems really hard. It's like a having a car that you have to wash every day and service every week. seems like kind of a pain.
