the view was blocked for most of the removal - walk at the junkyard sure was different.

Thank you for the feedback. It's very simple. Remove plastic cover, then remove 3 10mm nuts that holds the mirror, and an electric connector. That's it.

And they charged me $250+ to replace them at the shop.... I have to get two more (driver in LA suck and hit my parked car constantly) and I just ordered them for $45 shipped for both sides.

@@susieg8562, that one was in waterloo/Cedar falls area, had to drive 50 miles each way to get to it. Anyway, I use car-part.com to find what junkyard have the parts I need.

Your car color is the same as mine, how do I find paint, my replacement mirror is black

Go to parts store like O'Reilly or autozone some do paint mix in spray can. If they don't have it they'll tell who does it in your town.

It's hard, all they had were black so I found some spray paint, since it's 2 tone black n white it's pretty unnoticeable. U have to get lucky on marketplace or something. Even the u- pull-it places near me didn't have my color n wanted over a hundred dollars it was ridiculous.

Use same website I did. Car-part.com and then put your car info and zip code, it'll show you junkyards around your area that have the parts you're looking for.

I went to a junkyard. You can also go to car-part.com they have database of what junkyards have.

eBay. Mine was only $20 total. You might get lucky and find a silver one but if not, it should be easy to match the paint and spray silver on yourself.
