Speedometer slowly got worse and intermittently stopped working.
Here's how I fixed it.
I spent a while trying to find any info online, apart from 2 forums there wasn't much.
So I made this video incase others are looking for a fix.

I have a 2007 bt50 and speedometer seems to give higher speed than the actual. Would this process still be applicable

No, if its about 10% off then that how all cars are made. If its more then that then you have changed your wheels total diameter or something really weird is going on.

Does your BT50 look like the one in the video? If it does then I do show where the sensors is.

hey mate, i have a 2500 bravo/ bounty/ fighter the wlt 2.5 one, kinda looking if it has the same sensor system as this bt50

Im pretty sure it has a very similar setup, I also know that some speed sensors are in the rear diff and not the transmission.

I have a 2016 bt50 and I have the rpm monitor not showing anything, would this be the same process

No that's a completely different system. From the top of my head I think the RPM signal comes directly from the PCM/ECU on that model. But I cant help anymore than that.
