I recently found your channel and I suffer from depression. Watching your videos can distract me and make me happy when I get into rough patches. I don't know what it is about your videos that calm me, maybe because of how chill you are and you aren't trying to be loud and obnoxious like some other youtubers. All in all, thank you for well.. Being you. I know I'm not the only one suffering with depression who looks to your videos for comfort and a smile. Please don't stop being you.
Hey Dave I'm a cake decorator myself and I'm here to say that you did a great job for someone that (a) Doesn't do cake decoration (b) That is using small tools and (c) Using packet mix frosting and cake mixes.. It's not easy so begin with but with practise you will become better :) As a tip when you use a spatula constantly put it in warm water and wiping it on a tea towel for a quick dry but leave a LITTLE water on it. It will help with spreading. And when doing the sides if you use those cake mixes up it on a upside down cup to help :) I love your videos and keep on baking :) Bye
I had this MnM cake set! These were probably my favorite cakes of the mixes I had. The frosting and cake were delicious. I ate one well past the expiration date tbh. One I had been saving.
LPS Dave I am so glad I found your channel so long ago. I struggle with depression and anxiety and have for a while. While I watch your videos I feel calm and they make me feel so much better even after watching them. You have really helped me through my struggles in life and for that I want to say thank you so much!
hey, LPS Dave! I really enjoy watching your videos. I have gone to culinary school and am an aspiring professional cake artist, so I thought I would offer you some frosting tips. Try putting all the frosting on top of the cake and push the excess to the edge. let the extra frosting fall over the edge to frost the sides. I hope this helps and keep on doing what you're doing! :D
I love your videos because they are appropriate for children. My little brother (3) watches your videos all the time! This is his absolute favorite video (he watched it like a million times). Please keep making these fun and entertaining videos!:)
This is really cute and neat. Just wanna say that I never use the skip times because I like to hear what you have to say and I like to see how you do things. You educate a lot about these toys and I appreciate you for taking the time out to share some of your knowledge with us. I admit that when mixing some of the easy bake mixes, it seem like you need to add more water. But you show me that it all incorporates eventually. Thanks LPS Dave!
I think my mom would have loved to been able to pick up the cake she made for my wedding to decorate it if she could. LOL She did an awesome job on it though. She's a CIA trained Cordon Bleu Chef specializing in desserts.
LPS Dave reminds me of The Count when he counts out the teaspoons of water for the mix. One tsp of water.... two tsp of water....three tsp of water... Ah ah ah ah!
Dave, I still love your videos and I watch your maker sets every night before bed. It's become a habit of mine. Always from start to finish. I was curious if you could find a "Dolly Maker" set? I had one as a child and loved it. It's like a Creepy Crawler Maker but you make the dolls with a wire baked inside for movement and you also have trays to make the clothing. I think you'd have fun and everybody would love it too. PS - Loving the Easy Bake series SOOO MUCH. Thanks !
I have seen a few doll maker sets. They are on the radar of things to find. Thanks for watching and glad you like the series - I went through the oven inventory today and realize we are 3 ovens away from finishing this series, but we have another 6 different ovens that are not Easy Bake. We also have 3 different Easy Bake items that are not ovens, but fit the series. :)

When you said the cake was like a little frisbee i do that with my dog a yellow lab puppy i have dog treats that are round and we play treat fetch he's four months old and hyper as heck found him at a bus stop love him and the video
I have this one!!!!! I got it when I was 6 or so. They had to recall it but I didn't send it back so I got a cover so I couldn't burn my fingers even though I never did
Hi I love your videos but just wanted to share a tip.. When you frosting a cake decorated on the flat bottom side not on the top.. The bottom is smood and it don't have much. Imperfections
I am only young but I do decorate cakes a lot and I'm pretty good so I can call myself the tiny pro. I think you did pretty well with that spatular coz mine is silicone so it's easier to cook with it but that one was hard so it must have been hard
