Can you maybe help me with mine, mine main station on the driver side has power and you can setup everything but there is no air coming, no low or high air coming??? Thank ind advance

My heater stopped working, at the station they checked that it was a motor. But before that, cold air did not blow. Could it be that because of this, cold air did not blow?
