I would like to add some comments based on my experiences with a 2013 RT 210 Popular. I purchased it based on glowing reviews on RU-vid. The fit and finish of the interior joinery was first class, and made with quality materials. The upholstery was of good quality. The Chevy V8 had plenty of power and fuel consumption was better than expected. However the faucets were pretty cheap. Now the real downsides. The shock absorbers were so bad they were unsafe. Rebound control was totally inadequate. So, The next step was a new set of heavy duty shocks. The new shock absorbers tremendously improved the handling quality of the RV. However, after a few thousand miles of cross country travel i became obvious that the suspension springs ere also inadequate to carry the weight of a loaded RV. When the water tanks were filled the, RV developed a decided list to one side. At highway speeds over uneven roads the springs were so over loaded that it would lurch from side to side. It was enough that it measurably adds to driver fatigue when traveling. We plan to make a trip to Alaska via the ALCAN in 2020. We were so concerned with its durability that we traded it on an RV with a much more robust chassis that will tackle the conditions of the ALCAN without fear of break downs.
I noticed alot if stained carpet in the back, and as well the pet stains, in the rear upholstery seats and backrests. The front carpet doesn't fade in blackish brown either! In my opinion, all the carpet, rear and front needs replaced as well as the rear seat upholstery 🤔🤔 just saying!
It runs on standard gasoline or "petrol" -- we're going to assume you are watching from another country than US where diesels are more prevalent -- all of the Roadtreks we have had are gas/petrol -- I'm sure there's a diesel Roadtrek out there somewhere, though. For the most part unless we clarify that it is a diesel on our channel, you can assume it's standard petrol. Thanks for watching and your feedback!
We’re not afraid to put the price. We want you to have accurate pricing. We are a small dealer that does not have a full time employee monitoring our online presence. I am the one that does the videos and puts our ads online. I also do our books, payroll, talk with customers, I’m the parts manager, the service manager, work on an rv myself every now and then, manage our inventory, etc etc. I do not have the time to change every RU-vid video if the price of an RV changes. So I put the link in the description as stated in the video so you can jump over to our website and get an accurate price.
That shower toilet 🚽 is way to tiny for me, like I said earlier, I'd have that awesome van stretched out another 8 feet to expand the bathroom area along with the bedroom area as well 🚽💩👍😁🚿🛏🚐🚐🚐
It’s not dirty. It’s either sunfaded or bleached from a chemical or something. If the carpet is what’s holding you back from purchasing this unit we’ll gladly replace it for you.
