The reason theres one pipe that dumps down underneath the bumper and ones that go to center tip is because the original mufflers that Saleen put on it would open up and bypass half the muffler and dump down underneath whenever you got on it but when you were at idle/cruising it would continue through the rest of the muffler to prevent excessive drone on the highway.

I agree with people. Sounded better with Magnaflows . Still sounds healthy though.

I mean these cars can average over 20 mpg for a blown v8 I don't feel that is too bad at all. My 07 gt500 over 700 wheel can get 20+ mpg on the highway with the shorter (than later shelbys) overdrive of .65 and a 4.10 gear at 70 mph I feel that is very respectable. It isn't good but for what it is it ain't bad.

I have a feeling it needed a borla atak. I just believe borlas and mustangs get well together. That one sounded too raspy at high revs.

I agree. Super 10s are more of SUV/truck mufflers so the Ataks wouldve been perfect for this car i loved playing that car in Midnight Club LA

The 10s are too raspy at high revs, and sounded better with the Magnaflows. Steve Saleen also produced a line of Challengers from 09 to 14, and are badass machines with over 700+hp.. Sounds amazing, but me personally don’t like how the saleens have dumps and center tips. I would’ve just done center tips, no dumps

They prob performed better too Flowmaster are known as being some of the worst performance wise of all the mufflers. This is a blown 4.6 it needs some flow. He prob lost few hp and made his car sound worse lol. Yay
