@Dale wilson depends what you were after In a player but as a half john's was better. His kick game and ability to dictate the tempo of a game was second to none. Throw in his goalkicking and defense and you had a player that could do it all. But fuck me I've never seen someone dominate two different positions the way Lockyer did. Freddy was the most all rounded out of them , could play 3, 6, 13 at a world class level.
