Thanks...my integra was stock when I bought it..its on another video of mine..its was I had before the type s..but just smartly bought mods..and any kinda maintenance it needs asap or preventative I do...I'm only putting 15k a year on it now but the integra gsr I drove from 150k to 260k or so and still got pretty good money because if my up keep and how simple it was moddes
Car looks top notch!! Those rims really look great on the tl type s. I'm actually buying an automatic 1 tomorrow God willing. I used to own a manual type s and hands down best car i ever had.
Thanks..yes I picked the Ron Jon's up for cheap..never knew of them till I saw them on the Acura forum.....I drove the white integra gsr for over 4 years strait and 150k miles and as much as a car guy I am..I would of searched and searched for the right 6 speed type s...but I was tired of shifting and I dont do much speeding or racing I just turn the music up and cruise lol
Love your TL, I also have the HIC visitors. I’m not a fan how that front part of it overlaps a small part of the side mirrors. Your car def makes me wanna get another TL but a type S this time.
This is a better vid than brotherly reviews. This man was showing is janky tl acting like he knew what he was talking about but I can respect this vid. I like the under kit just not the boot leg shit in the rear. Not a bad looking tl.
What are cdm tails? Ic been thinking of doing another set but keep type s bazel and have the red blinker and read triangle blacked put inside the light..I believe the depo brand smoked tails I could cut open and use those and reopen mine. Since the insides of those are a stock smoke lense..

Just mount it in the center first and work your way around to each edge.as it's not curved the same as the Acura bumper but works with a little bending
Which LEDs did you use for your fog lights? I just brought an 08 TL and I had an 06 before, but this 08 is fully loaded so of course I wanna do it right.
Naw..theres a few write ups online about it..I believe some people heat them in the oven..because plenty of people have different versions of these likes w color matches bazels..carbon fiber....all chrome w different parts black....I also used black rtv sealant to put them back together
Just bolted in center and bent the lip around the bottom of aspec working toward the end..I also had the same sti lip positioned nearly the same way on the stock type s front bumper before I put the basr aspec lip on
For the front 6 1/2 speakers, did u have to cut the door metal to make it fit? I want to change mine but confused if the stock is 5 1/4 & would have to customize to make 6 1/2 to fit..thx
My stereo guy did the Imsall and wiring..but i didn't believe the door speakers are 5 1/4..i put 6.5 componants up front..with the tweeters replacing our stocks n the dash....all stock speakers are 6.5 inch I think..with the 8 inch sub n the back deck...the 2 tweeters and then the center speaker by the clock is a 3.5 inch I think..
@@jerryy6442 they fit good..they are actually an inch or so shorter then the sideskirts on the acura..but you space it correct ot doesn't look bad..and I didnt even take off the aspec sideskirts to install...just jacked up side of car and held it n place ..drilled a hole and but a nut and bolt deal on it..I'm sure screws would work but I was able to squeeze my hands between the underside of the aspec to get to the screw I put thru both pieces..the wrx splitter and aspec
Ordered the side skirts and rear lip right from acura in my stock color..the front lip is made for a base model..but all you have to do it trim a qtr inch or so around the fog light bazel....I found that used local and had it painted..but sideakirts can be found in most colors from acura..and the rear lip is for a base model not a type s..but I liked it better..and I just dremeled out around where the dual exhaust ia..since the base only has 1 single tip
MJW7800 thanks what about the vinyl film for the turn signal? Just wondering where you got those since I want to do the same thing to my tl and are those mirror lights bright? They seem a bit too dark wish there was a video you could make to see how they are at night.
@@Jonathan-pr1wo the turn signal lights a a night bright led. They are 80 shipped for the pair on ebay. @@MJW7800it looks like you only have the bottom half of the aspec kit which I like better. But I’m just wondering how you did it. Get back to me if you can I know this video is super old but it would be much appreciated. I just bought a silver tl pretty recently and your build is so clean I wanna use the same side skirts and front and back lips.
I actually have thought about selling it here recently..its got 151k on it now..maintenance by dealer uo yo 101k..and by me up till now..Its got new 19s on it now in another video also
