2007 Ford E-350 Horn Fuse & Relay Location

Is a 2009 year e350 the same ? My horn doesn’t work. also doesn’t beep when I tried to to reset tpms sensor so I need to check some things looks like.

Any those fuses control low beam lights

When it freezes outside my horn toots until I disconnect the battery

01 e 250 is harder than urs 1st there is no diagram anywhere on the black box 2nd I tried pulling, and pulling on the small fuses and relays, and won't budge
