I lifted my Impreza the other week with new Forester struts, and so far I'm liking it! I had to do a few things to make it work but I think it's worth it
IM DOING THE SAME THING! I just ordered all my stuff and im glad that I was able to see what a 2 inch spacer looks like. I blindly ordered it, and assumed it would make it level! Cant wait to get steelies with big wheels
Just keep an eye on your front CV joints, they say the OEM's can take the additional angle, but I ended up getting some HD axles that had an extra telescoping section to offset some of the angle on the inner CV joints. I had autozone special axles before and they started clicking bad soon after lifting it
Looks nice. So how does it seem to drive? So if I heard you description correctly, you got the Forester struts, 2" trailing arm spacers, and longer camber bolts. I have an '06 wagon & was thinking of doing the Forester lift like you did.
Yea that's the stuff I got, along with some HD axles, I ran into the issue of too much angle with my stock axles, so I got HD axles that have a telescoping section on the inboard side that helps with the angle
@@Z3CHYD where did you get the whiteline tranny spacer/mount? also the camber bolts? just picked up a 07 impreza wagon looking at doing this an takin off these horrible coilovers
@@NORMAND021 I got both on amazon. the camber bolts for the rear ended up being the wrong ones, but the tranny mount has def stiffened up the trans, a lot less vibrations
