I have a question so i have the same bike and I have been confused does the speed metter marks the speed at kph or mph? So confused right now. I live in the USA just in case. THanks boys
@@filipsz1418 No He was close to correct, this dudes tacometer read 277KPH roughly 165-170ish Miles per hour. That 600cc bike is way faster than 177kph thats like 85mph.... LOL
@@belminvareskic5861 i don’t know who you’re calling an idiot, but apparently you don’t know what GPS is. GPS= Global Positioning System. If you weren’t so fucking retarded, you would know that the only way to get an accurate speed indication (not by the speedometer which is actually off by a couple of percent but up in the higher speeds i believe it’s about 10% off, like on a top speed run) is by a GPS like Garmin or GoPro now, even cell phones nowadays, hence why a lot of racers that do top speed runs. 9/10’s racing, or others use a GPS to see how fast they actually were. I will tell you this, no 600cc bike is doing anything over 140 mph if you use a GPS to record it, on the speedometer it will most like run up to 189 mph, no idea about KMH. Every speedometer is wrong, and gives false readings in high speeds. You should really think before you say something or calling someone say an "idiot". But also if you’re watching videos that have the speedometer in KMH, you can use google to convert it and Vice versa. Idiot…..
@@belminvareskic5861 dumbass……it’s in KMH……. 😩😩 didn’t spend anymore than 1 min looking. It’s underneath and to the right of the speedometer. Like in between the "Odometer" and the “Speedometer" I don’t know if your little brain can see those or even understand, but it’s there bud. In what fucking world do you live in that a 600cc sport bike, especially a 2007-2008 Kawasaki ZX6R is doing 135mph at the very end of 1st gear? That’s the first tell tale sign that it’s in Kilometers per hour
Nice! i got to 190 mph, on my 2007 kawi zx6r all stock. Could have went faster, but front tire started raising up a little. I got scared lol. Ride hard, ride safe
Engine sounds perfectly fine. How does it NOT sound healthy? Because of that very slight and high pitched, vibration sound? That’s from the camera being on top of the gas tank. Next time you go for a ride, while you’re riding, rest your legs like towards the gas tank, like towards the gas cap, and listen to what happens with your body, you’ll HEAR the vibrations through your legs, it’s weird I know, but then pull your thighs away from the gas tank so your legs are NOT touching at all, the weird vibration noise will go away. Doing this you should understand that there is an unique vibration sound of so,e sort, it’s super duper weird
@@Lucky_Logan I looked it up that gen zx6r had a timing chain tensioner issue. The engine is fine it’s the timing chain slack needs to be reset and its fine. The one I looked at also made that sound. Some owners of this year got rid of the automatic one and replaced it with a manual one.
@@MJT-DA its the cam chain tensioner, aka CCT. It’s not a common problem on just this gen zx6r. The 2007-2008 zx6r is one of the best that Kawasaki has made, there’s a lot of reason why people use this Gen as a track bike platform, this Gen zx6r was my first bike I ever had, all bikes have CCT issues at some point because most of the tensioners are spring loaded and springs eventually lose their tensile strength and stop expanding so much of the cam chain just gets lose over time. Just like the drive chain,
The only thing GSXR's do better with is comfort and seating position. Other than that pretty much every other bike (in the same CC class , Apples to Apples) out performs it speed and agility wise.
