Try tapping a Rubber mallet on end of crank and keep banging the front sprocket shaft next time is the best way if u don't have a puller, even with a crank puller front end splits first so gotta tap the sprocket shaft, even worse if sprocket shaft is rusted to front sprocket collar/Bush. Front will split back end won't bending everthing👍
Great video and detailed , I stumbled across this video searching the inside clutch engine casing as a small washer feel out mine whilst fixing the clutch and could not find any diagrams to help me where it fell from but your video let me know it’s from the kick start shaft internally, thanks.
Good vid bro, Draw pictures on cardboard off the case and bolt holes and push the bolts in the cardboard then youl know where they go, I'm on doing a 2012 65 sx
I just bought a 2000 65cc KTM and the oil looks kind of pinkish after I ride it. the guys told me it was the crank seal. and I also notice after I ride it it start leaking oil from the vent.

ever have any problems with the ktm 65's shifter return spring? mine shifts well just wont return causing me to push down a tad then shift up. I believe its that spring under the shifter drum. Am i correct?
@@evanwillard704 Oh ok! I have to check it out again because I already bought both springs in the diagram (because I thought dude who did the bottom end forgot them) took the entire cover off trying to figure it out and was shocked to find them. Thanks Evan! 👍
Are you looking through a sight glass? Is it possible the color just looks differently because the bikes running (aka mixing things up)? If you have some type of contaminates in your oil, perhaps they are settling or floating when the bike is off. Drain it, see what it looks like.
