I did not, now i just use stainless nuts and nickel plated busbars.

Car is stil running fine. it comes down to how good the modules are.

If you can do a bit of mechanical work and read instructions I bet you could do it!

The bus bars are on the battery modules. CAN Bus which stands for controller area network is your link to your ECUs. What codes are you getting?

@@TheHybridGuy u0001,u0100,replace hybrid pack...i replaced thee hybrid battery and 5 mins later it gave thee code to replace even after clearing code........i had a minor crash,busted headlight and bumper a little of the fender, drove fine for 2 months untill a sensors wires rubbed raw and all got rubbed together to cause a short. check vsc check hybrid and all abs lights with check engine came on...i replaced sensor and spliced wires correctly, problem still happened,replaced ecu with used,programmed my key myself with code reader port, problem still occured, it is at the shop for 4th time and im ready to give up, the mechanic just called and said when he hits the center consel the dash lights go off and codes go off but come back on if he hits center again

Was the pack used, new or reconditioned?

Yes, however 2 years later and after selling this to my neighbors the battery has zero issues. so after many many drive cycles the battery is continuing to perform very well.
