Shop time with a 2007 Ural Arctic GearUp. came in for transmission issues, found a few other issues including no electric start condition.

Had that one guessed right away. Just lucky. Repaired a golf cart two months ago same problem. Bought a new battery and starter wire first.

Super fabulous video - thanks!! Love the trick way you removed the hose from the clutch rod! I’m still not sure what you did to fix the kick start spring... just fiddled with it and it worked? Please - more videos like this!!

Wound the spring with a wrench after putting trans in neutral. They can be a pain sometimes.

Interesting... I always thought you had to wind the spring before putting the cover on. Good to know - thanks!

Good video, how do you like the solder seal butt splices? I bought some but haven't been sold on them yet.
