I found an offer for one near me and Im very tempted to take a look at it within the next week. What are some of the pros and cons you could give some insight on with this specific model?
I am sorry to get back so late. They are good cars, but I would still recommend getting it checked out by a mechanic. You want to make sure the big things like the engine and transmission are in good condition. Not everyone maintains their cars well and even a reliably model could be a bad car if poorly maintained.
I have an 07 g35 Journey, I love it, but unfortunately its sitting in my driveway because it wont pass inspection with the clogged cat. Which is also causing a misfire
I got it fixed. Then wrecked it. Fixed it again. Then the engine locked up and ai couldn't afford to fix it again. So I had to get rid of it and now I'm waiting to get something else
Also I truly haven't been in a Infiniti QX56 for 18 years actually why because those came out in 2004 also I haven't been in a 2005 one also for 17 years why because Infiniti is one of a heck of a expensive car till this day p.s they is some good cheap Infiniti cars out there if people want to buy them one day.
@@idyneladjijil9376 it’s a luxury sports sedan and I got it and I’m in love with it drives perfectly, extremely smooth driving and really fast it’s comfortable and great looking and the best for winter weather if your in a snowy state
I haven't been in a Infiniti G Series in 15 or 14 years in 2022 which is a long time ago also me and my family didn't have a Infiniti 4 Door,SUV,2 Door and a Convertible for years actually also since.
I am stumped my G 35 keeps flattening battery we charge start then idle goes below 1000 RPM and shuts off? some say alternator some people say wiring problem is this common in a 2008G ?
My best advice is to find a good mechanic to take it to. Someone who knows how to properly diagnose the problem. Sometimes I have guessed at what I think a problem might be and then replaced a part that did not fix the problem.
There might be one on RU-vid. From my own personal experience I owned a 2003 G35 for almost 2 years. I absolutely loved it. It was reliable. I did normal repairs like brakes and rotors and replaced the tires. I definitely recommend them. Just make sure to have a mechanic check it out before buying one.
@@seanparks1675 do you know if the car had been sold to auction private owner? Just curious because I was told the car was a flood victim... I got the car at 218k also car been interior swapped to all black. I'm assuming it's the same car by the video cause the scratches on the car to the vin are identical. But just curious on past owners. I got it from a run down shack dealer in Greensboro. Soon as I got it had to do tune up breaks an tires. An now possible timing chain tensioner/chain job.
@@craigsaucier2486 That can’t be the same car. I made this video probably in October and you can see the mileage it had. No way the car in the video could have 218k less than 6 months later. Definitely was not a flood car. Had a clean title and CARFAX. Not the same car you have. Always get a CARFAX before buying a used car.
